 Joe has a long track record of identifying opportunities that lie beneath the surface of a problem and innovating solutions. He believes that technology is a customizable tool that can help fill information gaps and increase efficiency and effectiveness. He spent over a decade building Repeat Returns, Inc. into the successful company it is today– one of the top loyalty, stored value, and email marketing companies in the restaurant industry. His vision and direction resulted in customer loyalty programs and unique marketing plans for thousands of small businesses worldwide, secure dashboards customized for each client to track their individual data, and hundreds of millions of dollars in increased revenue for clients.

Prior to starting Repeat Returns, Inc with his business partner, Joe launched CoolOrder.com,Inc in 2003– one of the earliest online food ordering companies. From 2005-2007, he served as the CTO of Bank Card Central, a leading provider of credit card processing, merchant accounts, and payment gateway solutions to retail and restaurant merchants, corporations and financial institutions. Earlier in his career, he was an analyst, programmer and developer for several companies in the entertainment and resort industries, including Disney, Sandestin Resort (FL), Mountain Creek (NJ), Copper Mountain (CO), and Blue Mountain (Ontario). Joe is a graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington), holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, specializing in Information Systems and Computer Science. Even in his college years, Joe was a self-starting entrepreneur. He launched his own piano tuning business in Bloomington and serviced the pianos at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, a skill he was inspired by his dad to learn. Most importantly, Joe is a devoted husband and father to his two daughters.
